Why did you feel the need for this software in the first place?
Nantwich Refrigeration was looking for HVAC management software to incorporate all aspects of its business processes as well as software to manage field engineers.
“As a business we were using multiple platforms for storage of accounts, clients, and work history, which tended to complicate the workload.” Operating off different platforms can often lead to lower productivity and an increase in user errors.

Companies can transform their paper-based forms such as job sheets, timesheets, and vehicle checks into digital forms, all stored within the WorkPal system. Office staff use the WorkPal software to manage field engineers’ on-site paperwork before starting a job. The information then automatically synced back to the office for processing.
