Facilities management service provider, Premier Property Group, is seeking a cloud-based system to manage its services in reactive and preventative property maintenance, which include plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping and other general maintenance.
The company has been in operation since 2009 and works throughout Ireland to provide a full and comprehensive service in the property maintenance sector.
Premier Property Group is fully accredited for RGI (gas installation) and certified in electrical contracting, locksmith and PAT Testing.
With engineers working all over the country, Premier Property Group was spending a large amount of time keeping track of jobs. “The team was using multiple platforms to manage active jobs,” highlights John Powell, Owner/MD of Premier Property Group. The system also integrates with various other software’s including Sage, Quickbooks and Xero. This capability provides a seamless transition from your current processes to a cloud-based system. Invoices can be generated once an engineer marks a job as complete, reducing the risk of missed invoices and improving cash flow for the business.
Business reporting, for example, work in progress and accurate projected completion dates can be run to allow Premier Property Group to plan and allocate resources for future works.

All inbound enquiries and leads are tracked. Successful jobs are then scheduled and dispatched to a field engineer to complete. Once signed off by the client, a job sheet is generated and invoices can be emailed directly to the customer.
