Tell us a bit about Delta Security Systems.
Celebrating 51 years in business, security systems installer, Delta Security, is a family-owned company. The team offer installation, maintenance and repairs for access control, automation, CCTV, door entry, and electronic locks. Delta Security operates with 6 field engineers across Northern Ireland, completing planned and reactive jobs.
How were you introduced to WorkPal?
“We were contacted initially by WorkPal’s Business Development Director, Ian Megahey. He is a good salesman. He gave us a really in-depth demo of the system and showed us how it would specifically benefit our business. “In previous years, we worked off multiple different portals via housing associations. WorkPal is by far the most user-friendly application with its easy-navigated desktop app and its simplistic mobile platform.
“All my operatives and sub-contractors picked the mobile app up very easily the first time around after some basic 5-minute training by our admin team.”
WorkPal’s implementation team work with your appointed WorkPal champion to ensure that detailed training is provided on both desktop and mobile. These sessions give customers the chance to engage with the software, test workflows and ask any questions they may have.

“The WorkPal team have been excellent and always on the other end of the phone when we need them. They answer any queries we have about the system, give us tips on how to use it more effectively and deliver simple resolutions to problems should we have any.
