JOB MANAGEMENT ISSUES
Due to a growing workforce, management and organisation of engineers was becoming a challenge. ‘The more people we had the more man hours were being put into organizing and managing the paperwork daily, it was such a waste of time.’ Increasing amounts of paperwork was leading to inefficiency within the business and making paper trails difficult to manage.
