Why did you feel the need for this software in the first place?

With the company growing significantly, teams were struggling to manage incoming jobs. “The workload was becoming too much for our current systems at the time. The company had outgrown a purely paper-based system and logging calls to each service technician via phone call, tracing response times manually and building reports  was inefficient and time-consuming.”

How easy was WorkPal to implement into your business?

“It was straightforward and despite some hesitation from some less ‘tech savvy’ technicians at the beginning, within a week of using the software, they realised the benefits to themselves as a job management solution which replaced a paper-based system which was in place previously. Data upload was simple and effective and integration into our existing process was seamless.”

Do you think you were given enough training and support with WorkPal and is there enough support post-set-up?

“Training was more than adequate, and any queries were resolved in a timely manner. Support following set up was good, with the development team creating custom reports and forms to tie in with our requests and the exact requirements of our business model.”
