Why WorkPal?

AAA Civils was introduced to WorkPal from a previous contractor, who used our WorkPal system to generate and send AAA Civils reports. Impressed by the professionalism and clarity of those reports, AAA Civils’ Operations Manager decided to make WorkPal a priority onboarding when they joined the company in February 2025.

Adopting the system

As with any new system, there was some initial hesitation from engineers. But after straightforward training sessions and hands-on demonstrations from our friendly team, the staff quickly started seeing benefits of the easy-to-use app. Now, both office staff and field operatives are enjoying using it with confidence.

Implementation and support

We made the onboarding to WorkPal’s platform a smooth and structured process. After the initial implementation, internal training sessions were rolled out across the office and field teams. It didn’t take long to have AAA Civils fully set up and able to use the features straight away, including scheduling jobs, issuing purchase orders, and managing projects simply.

We continue to support AAA Civils as they use WorkPal job management software, customising features to help them shape the platform to work for their team.
