Engineers now complete jobs on‑site, collect customer signatures and mark work as complete in the app. Once a job is signed off, invoices are automatically generated and sent directly to customers, significantly improving cash flow.
The software also introduced digital parts lists, allowing the team to pre‑enter commonly used materials. This reduced errors, sped up job input and removed the need to manually enter long lists of parts.
