“As Q3 draws to a close I thought it was high time we review WorkPal’s recent successes and reveal some exciting plans on the horizon!” says Ian Megahey, Sales Director at WorkPal.
Welcoming new team members
At the beginning of the year, our pledge to continue to recruit new and exciting talent within Northern Ireland hasn’t wavered, with two new team members joining the team over the past few months. We welcomed David Walker to our sales team. David is a talented musician and has brought great energy. He has settled into the team atmosphere well and we are excited to have him on board.
We welcomed Peter Gregory as our new Implementation Consultant. Peter comes with a wealth of experience in Software Implementation having worked in Edinburgh for many years with a company specialising in Property Management software. He has introduced us to a new Project Management tool to assist us in improved efficiency and management of our new customer’s onboarding experience at WorkPal. Peter’s experience is clear with the confidence he has brought to the role. This is a part of WorkPal we are recruiting for and interviewing has been ongoing. As a business, we try to develop each department in line with our sales growth, month on month.
Record Sales Figures
This quarter we were excited to see WorkPal cross into a record level of new business signed up year to date. As of this month, we crossed the £2 million figure of new contracts. We’d like to take this opportunity to welcome all new customers and thank them for choosing WorkPal as their workforce management software.
“Breaking new records as a business so regularly is down to the amazing team we have here and I’d like to thank each and every person for their hard work,” says Ian.
“We believe we will surpass £3 million by the end of the year which would mean our revenues will surpass 100% growth on last year.”
Some exciting new wins this quarter include Sime Darby Oils, SW Drainage, Electro Automation, Spectrum HVAC, Thomas Windows & Doors and Pollard Property Maintenance.
Customer Loyalty
While we love welcoming new customers to WorkPal we never take our eye off the important job of supporting our existing customers too.
Our Support & Customer Success Teams work tirelessly to ensure our customers gain the most from their WorkPal platform. We conduct Quarterly reviews with each and every customer to listen to feedback, hear what they would like to see next in the WorkPal platform and provide insight into new & upcoming features as well as offer tips on best practise. We have seen over 50 of our customers recommitting to WorkPal. To name a few we have been pleased to gain further commitment from Greentown Environmental & Traffic Management, Northern Pest Control, Coral Environmental, Sleator & Norwest Plant, and Alpha Facilities Management.
Doing our bit for charity
As a business, WorkPal is committed to giving back. This year we teamed up with Action Cancer- a charity close to our hearts. And have raised over £10,000 year to date. We have just launched our new campaign with Action Cancer: Nominate a Work Pal and Grow Mo. This is to mark Men’s Health Awareness Month, to raise vital funds for Action Cancer and drive awareness of the importance of men’s health. Our plan is to continue to work with Action Cancer right through into 2022- so keep an eye out for our upcoming charity campaigns. And dig deep!
