Mobile Workforce Management Software, WorkPal, has recently launched its new Partner Channel. We are targeting accountants, consultants, and communications companies. Ultimately, we aim to expand into new markets and drive sales.

We are seeing WorkPal launch new partner channel to help drive expansion goals effectively. WorkPal is Northern Ireland’s fastest-growing mobile workforce management software company. We announced this new programme to aid business growth into new industries.

The company was established over 10 years ago. Since then, we experienced a successful trading period over the past 12 months. More businesses look for ways to work remotely. Therefore, they need to keep their employees connected.

Expanding into New Markets

We provide award-winning software to a variety of industries throughout the UK and Ireland. However, the company is keen to engage with new markets further afield. These include the USA and UAE.

Determined to hit the ground running, WorkPal has recruited a new Partner Manager. He will lead the initiative as WorkPal launch new partner channel strategies.

New Appointments

WorkPal Sales Director, Ian Megahey, says, “We are delighted to welcome David, our new Partner Manager, to the team. David will work on sourcing potential partners to promote the WorkPal system. His main role is to engage and drive partnerships. Consequently, he ensures they are successful on both sides.”

Ian highlighted the importance of the WorkPal launch new partner channel.

“WorkPal is a fantastic piece of software. We develop and maintain it completely in-house. We have seen significant uptake of the product. This happened in what has been a challenging time for businesses across the country.”

Why WorkPal?

WorkPal has made a real difference in managing remote communications for companies with mobile workers.

“We want to take WorkPal to the next level. Therefore, that will be possible through the new Partner Channel.”

WorkPal’s mobile workforce management software helps businesses with field service engineers. It streamlines operations. As a result, you save time and money. Then, you can invest this into other areas. From job scheduling to invoicing, the WorkPal software manages every aspect of the job process.

Investment and Growth

As part of WorkPal’s 10-year anniversary celebrations, the firm invested £1m into its operations. This will see us double our workforce over the next two years. Thus, we can meet the demand for our software product.

The company has already benefitted from new hires. These include a Customer Success Manager, Implementation Manager, and Scottish Software Consultant. Now, we add a Partner Manager to the list.

Future Goals

Ian expects the next 10 years of business to be just as vibrant as the past decade.

“We are now considered a key player in the mobile workforce management arena. Our goal is to continue this while providing the best software and service possible. We are looking at developing the brand into new markets.”

He added, “There are many industries locally that could benefit from the WorkPal software. Furthermore, we are keen to grow our customers both in the UK and Ireland.”
