Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Experience with Salesforce or similar software is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or equivalent software.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Over-achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle objections professionally.
