
Marketing Executive Role
We are excited to be looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in our Belfast offices.
In this supportive and collaborative role, you will assist with the delivery of marketing activities that help drive awareness and engagement for the WorkPal platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on helping to keep content plans organised, ensuring our digital channels are updated and contributing to the smooth rollout of ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is organised, eager to learn and comfortable managing a variety of tasks. Strong written communication skills and a proactive approach will help you succeed as you coordinate campaign assets, track performance metrics and help maintain consistency across our digital and traditional marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
- Support brand messaging, creative content and campaign concepts
- Assist in the delivery of the company’s digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, social media, advertising and content marketing
- Assist in monitoring and analysing digital marketing performance across channels, using insights from website behaviour, conversions and social engagement to support optimisation and improve ROI
- Serve as a point of contact for external partners and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and consistent branding across all digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Support monthly summaries of marketing activity and performance
- Contribute to managing the content calendar and coordinating content production, including blogs, case studies, website updates, social posts and emails
- Collaborate with sales, product and other internal teams to help create marketing materials, collateral and launch support assets
- Provide general marketing support across departments to ensure projects are aligned with the brand and completed on schedule
- Contribute to internal marketing initiatives and company communications when required
- Skills and Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a Marketing Executive or similar marketing support role
- Hands-on experience assisting with the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Basic understanding of market research, segmentation and competitor analysis to support informed marketing decisions
- Tracking campaign spend and supporting the management of marketing budgets
- Ability to break down broader marketing goals into practical, day-to-day tasks
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for lead and pipeline tracking and marketing automations tools
- Strong written communication skills for producing marketing copy and assisting with external communications
- Solid organisational and project-coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working collaboratively with sales, product and technical teams
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to support broader marketing objectives through day-to-day execution
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new tools, approaches and marketing techniques as the team evolves

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
