WorkPal is a cloud-based field service management software allowing both online and offline working, designed to bring field service operations into the digital era.
We have over 10 year’s experience under our belt and having achieved multiple industry awards, together with our recently announced investment of £1 million over a 2-year period, we are excited to grow our business further and are looking for a Marketing Manager to help us on our journey.
Location: Belfast, Donegall Pass
Type: Full-time/permanent
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8.30-5pm, Fri 9am-5pm
Salary: Negotiable

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Developing and implementing paid advertising strategies including social media and Google PPC campaigns
- Researching and identifying SEO opportunities and creating optimised website content including blogs and landing pages
- Building and maintaining the company’s presence across multiple social media channels
- Managing marketing budgets across various channels
- Collaborating with sales, development and operational teams to co-ordinate feature releases to inform and educate customers on the WorkPal software and Telecoms products.
- Co-ordinating with relevant stakeholders to develop company press releases
- Implementing and managing paid print advertising strategy
- Co-ordinating local and national exhibitions to drive brand awareness
- Researching and identifying and implementing innovative growth strategies through market analysis
- Using advanced marketing automation to nurture MQL’s along a customer journey
- Creating, implementing and monitoring email marketing campaigns
- Liaising with customers to develop engaging case studies
- Co-ordinating industry webinars to engage existing customers and prospecting business
- Co-ordinating charity partnerships to enhance the business’s CSR
- Creating, executing, and monitoring marketing KPIs
- Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns using key analytical tools
- Attending monthly senior management meetings
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields
- 3+ years in B2B marketing role
- Self-starter
- Proven success in lead generation campaigns where ROI was highly considered
- Experienced in Adobe Suite products
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and working to deadlines
- Familiar with data analytics tools to measure marketing performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovation
- Ability to collaborate with relevant stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail
- SaaS experience is preferable but not essential
