Junior Software Trainer
Implementation (Permanent/Full-Time)
WorkPal is a cloud-based field service management software allowing both online and offline working, designed to bring field service operations into the digital era.
We have over 10 year’s experience under our belt and having achieved multiple industry awards, together with our recently announced investment of £1 million over a 2-year period, we are excited to grow our business further and are looking for a Junior Software Trainer to help us on our journey.
Location: Belfast, Donegall Pass
Type: Full-time/permanent
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8.30-5pm, Fri 9am-5pm
Salary: £21,000 – £25,000

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Customer project initiation
- Create customer WorkPal Install
- Complete welcome call
- Gather customer information for the implementation process
Project Management
- Manage and set customer’s expectations in terms of how the implementation process will run, and drive their engagement with the project
Liaising between WorkPal teams to manage tickets and deadlines, keeping the customer up to date on progress
- Record updates and actions on customer projects using WorkPal tickets
- Work to milestones and deadlines
- Go to point of contact for implementing customers
Project Support
- Schedule meetings and calls with customer
- Complete weekly check-in calls with customers, monitor and advise on progress
- Complete administrative or troubleshooting support tasks
- Provide answers to ‘How do I?’ type queries or support via online training sessions
Quality
- Record accurately and in a timely fashion
- Follow implementations processes
- Keep up to date with platform changes and new features
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous customer-facing experience
- Excellent attention to detail, organised and task-focused with a methodical approach to work
- Excellent communicator at all levels in both spoken and written formats
- Strong understanding of business workflows and processes
- Maintains accuracy and composure under pressure
- Project Management Experience is preferred but not essential
- You will have exceptional people skills. Your manner is approachable, patient, and confident
- You will have the ability to handle objections where required
- Communicate and provide training, at all levels, both verbally and in writing, face to face or by webinar
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and changing schedules
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work individually as well as a team
- Thrive in a fast-paced, task-focused environment with the ability to work independently to tight deadlines
