WorkPal is a cloud-based field service management software allowing both online and offline working, designed to bring field service operations into the digital era.

We have over 10 year’s experience under our belt and having achieved multiple industry awards, together with our recently announced investment of £ 1 million over a 2-year period, we are excited to grow our business further and are looking for an Account Manager to help us on our journey.

THE ROLE

The Account Manager is a critical part of our Sales Team. You will be responsible for the growth and renewal of our existing customer base. As the principal contact for our customers, you will work to identify growth opportunities ensuring we maintain a consistently high renewal rate.

As an Account Manager, you will drive to achieve customer satisfaction through several support and account-based activities, including supporting customers, being an advisor and source of advice for customers and understanding customer issues and ensuring customers receive regular updates. As an Account Manager, you will also be able to generate opportunities through selling upselling and additional training to existing customers. Account Managers have dedicated customer accounts for which you will be responsible, and as new customers complete training, you will proactively contact the customer and help them through the initial go-live.

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Location: Grove House, 145-149 Donegal Pass, Belfast, BT7 1DT (Office-Based 5 days a week)

Hours of work: 39.5 per week excluding meal breaks

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience managing Accounts or experience in a similar Customer Success Management/Account Management role
  • You should be clear on the potential ROI you can bring from a customer
  • Have a customer-centric approach, with a desire to deliver the best for our customers
  • Be proactive and enjoy collaborating across teams to deliver great business outcomes
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Software/SAAS sales experience preferred
  • Ensure any complaints/escalations are responded to immediately and communicated efficiently
  • Ability to quickly develop an understanding of WorkPal software
  • Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic
  • Attend trade shows, events and conferences
  • Have an analytical and logical ability to understand the internal workflow of the customer and help them use WorkPal
