Account Executive

Customer Support (Permanent/Full-Time)

WorkPal is a cloud-based field service management software allowing both online and offline working, designed to bring field service operations into the digital era.

We have over 10 year’s experience under our belt and having achieved multiple industry awards, together with our recently announced investment of £1 million over a 2-year period, we are excited to grow our business further and are looking for an Account Executive to help us on our journey.

 

Location: Belfast, Donegall Pass

Type: Full-time/permanent

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8.30-5pm, Fri 9am-5pm

Salary: £23,500

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Proactively engage with customers throughout the duration of their contract
  • Supporting customer queries
  • Understanding and advising customers on best practice workflows
  • Providing clear and timely updates to customers
  • Identifying growth opportunities within customer accounts
  • Keeping up to date on new features or software developments
  • Identifying churn risks
  • Updating customer accounts on our CRM platform (Salesforce)
  • Liaising with the implementation, development and support teams
  • Working to KPIs and milestones

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years experience in a customer-supporting role
  • Have a customer-centric approach, with a desire to deliver the best for our customers
  • Be proactive and enjoy collaborating across teams to deliver great business outcomes
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Software/SAAS sales experience preferred
  • Ensure any complaints/escalations are responded to immediately and communicated efficiently
  • Ability to quickly develop an understanding of WorkPal software
  • Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic
  • Attend trade shows, events and conferences
  • Have an analytical and logical ability to understand the internal workflow of the customer and help them use WorkPal
